We know game day can be hectic and the last thing you want to worry about is your activation going live when it’s supposed to.
That’s why SQWAD has created a scheduling feature that allows you to spend less time on your admin and more time in the stadium.
Whether you’re running multiple activations or you’re simply not around your computer during launch time, let SQWAD simplify your workload by scheduling ahead.
See how you can pick the perfect time, date, and prizes in advance below!
Note! Your scheduling feature may look different depending on the activation you are running. The example in this article walks you through scheduling a game for a Scratch & Win activation. The scheduling feature will appear under the “Finish” tab of your “Create Game” menu for activations such as a Cap Shuffle.

Step 1
Head over to your SQWAD Admin and navigate to the “Games” tab

Step 2
Click “New Game”

Step 3
Click the “Game Name” and name your game as you normally would.

Step 4
Click “Set Auto Start/End Time?”

Step 5
Select the date(s) and time(s) you’d like your game to run.

Step 6
Click “Next”

Step 7
Continue creating your game as you normally would.

Step 8
Click “Create Game” and your game will be scheduled to start automatically!

How do I check my scheduled game?
To view your scheduled game, click “Future Games”

Your scheduled game and launch time will be visible here. If you’d like to override the scheduled start time, click “MAKE CURRENT”.

Note! This will replace the current game that is on the admin. Make sure you don’t need that game to run any longer.

Note! A scheduled game uses the assets available on the admin during the time the game was created/scheduled. If you make changes to prize images, details, or game branding after scheduling a game, you’ll have to delete the game and create a new one for the changes to be reflected.
And it’s as easy as that! You can now schedule out your whole season in no time and watch as your fans play the activations with little work on your end.
